BLACK TOWER PREMIUM HOTEL has the purpose on personal data obtained from customers, suppliers, employees, aspiring employees, shareholders and files containing personal data, to allow the proper development of its operation and business activities, keeping the information necessary to comply with legal duties and to facilitate, promote, permit or maintain employment, civil and commercial relations.

For the processing of personal data, BLACK TOWER PREMIUM HOTEL will assume the following purposes:

a) For contractual relationships in which the holder of the information is a party, generate and maintain an efficient and proper communication of the information.
b) For request of information by the holder, EPS and ARL.
c) Comply with legal and contractual obligations arising from employment contracts.

d) Carry out all necessary procedures for the selection, recruitment, training and promotion of staff, payroll management and development of social welfare programmes.
e) Develop activities to provide benefits for the children of staff associated with the company, as well as membership in social security, family compensation fund and other legal obligations.

f) Record information of employees (active and inactive) and/or retirees in databases.
g) Prevention of occupational hazards, development of medical examinations and production of reports on accidents at work.
h) Contact with third parties to contract and/or acquire the goods and services required for the development of its operation and be able to make payments of the corresponding obligations.
i) Management of customer relations, by sending relevant information, taking orders, invoicing, handling complaints and claims, among others.
j) Provide the products or services required by customers.
k) Generate and maintain media required by internal and external audit processes.
l) Manage all the information necessary for compliance with tax obligations and business, corporate and accounting records.
) For the processes of archiving and updating internal databases.
n) Send by means of a secure medium the information required for contingencies
